GPL compliance request for ``GentooX Loader''

I noticed you are distributing on your website:

 http://gentoox.shallax.com/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=6

From reading about and using this software I understand it's based on
Cromwell, which is distributed under the GPL. As you may already
know, the GPL gives you the right to distribute the derivative work in
the URL above only if you make the source code available, too.

In addition, you're required to make the source code available as
freely and as conspicuously as the binary code. I quote from section
3 of the GPL version 2, which actually is included with the copy of
``GentooX Loader'' you're distributing:

If distribution of executable or object code is made by offering
access to copy from a designated place, then offering equivalent
access to copy the source code from the same place counts as
distribution of the source code, even though third parties are not
compelled to copy the source along with the object code.

Please update your web page to include a link to the exact source code
used to build the binary version of ``GentooX Loader'' that you're
distributing from the URL above.

Since you're requried to offer ``equivalent access ... from the same
place,'' referring downloaders to xbox-linux.org or to ``CVS'', as
someone did in this forum posting:

  http://forums.shallax.com/viewtopic.php?p=11133&sid=d5062c9aca3c6360f4927eb062f49410

is not adequate for GPL compliance.

In addition, since according to the GPL, ``complete source code means
all the source code for all modules it contains, plus any associated
interface definition files, plus the scripts used to control
compilation and installation of the executable,'' you'll need to link
the exact source code that you used to build this release of ``GentooX
Loader'', not the roughly similar Cromwell sources from which your
work is derived.

Please consider this my formal request for GPL compliance.

Thanks for all your great work on GentooX and XBox-Linux in general,
and thanks in advance for your remedy to this minor oversight.
