Why is it odd that an organization would have disciplinary actions for
undesirable behavior/actions? It seems perfectly normal to me, for
quality control.

I doubt there were ever be set rules against spelling things with
interface addresses.

OCCAID is an educational network, but it does have standards. DNS Spam
looks bad over all for the organization because it reflects on part of
the userbase the organization is associated with, kiddies.

If you aren't doing it, what you do you have to worry about? I am in
favor of this because I do not want to see OCCAID becoming popular with
irc kids because of lax dns spam policies.
