we are not just an experimental network. We give transit to lot of people.
We also give transit to several networks who themselves are major ISPs
and have significant customer base. About 25 percent of all v6 traffic
transiting OCCAID are not even destined or sourced by our experimental
members, but by the ISPs we give transit to.
giving transit means we, as being an ISP, have the responsibility to
act mature.
If you want us to be just experimental network, we can just go ahead and
disconnect all of our ipv6 transit and peering bgp sessions and just let
you and other experimental networks send bits to each other. THAT is
complete experimental network. Are we going to care about dns spam after
making this into just an experimental network? we would be wasting time
if we were to do that.
Scott.
