Two things...

1) ATTENTION ALL USERS HOMED TO OCCAID DALLAS-FORTHWORTH POINT OF PRESENCE:

 The provider at Dallas will be performing power maintenance at the time
 frame below. So you may notice intermittency of connection during that time:
  12:00am and 6:00am CDT on Thursday, October 7th

2) Upon request by the few in private message about how we are doing remote
triggered bgp blackhole over IPv6, we now have a "presentation" (notice the
quote, since we are not actually presenting it but posting it on the web..
although we may present it in more formal manner if more people want us to do
that) that describes of our remote-triggered blackhole setup for IPv6.

Lastly, for people who haven't been to our site lately, many contents of
www.occaid.org has been updated very well lately, with exception of old
"Operation Procedures" section which will get updated soon as well. So feel
