I want to add one thing to this:
Merit IRRD now supports inet6num objects. But instead of messing with
setup we already got from 6bone prefix, I think we should start supporting
inet6nums in TNRA routing registry after we swap to ARIN STLA prefix.
So all new delegations of new production STLA must be registered in TNRA.
