  • text (requires fixed-width font like courier)

  • Microsoft Word -- printable. not editable or searchable.

• Not-so-good formats
  • HTML -- Mozilla/Firefox/Safari is fine, but Internet Explorer has table-rendering bugs. If it weren't for my refusal to work around the bugs this would be a preferred format. Just use the text format if you are stuck with Internet Exploder.
  • Microsoft Word -- editable, searchable, but kinda ugly.
  • DVI
  • PNG (p1) (p2)
  • JPEG (p1) (p2) <- try to use PNG if you can

If you're in a hurry, I suggest the text version. It should look nice on screen, printer, or email, as long as you use a fixed-width font like Courier.

Opening Word documents is always tricky with all the different versions out there, but these are tested in Word XP. I made them using OpenOffice 2.0. Good luck to you.
